WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Role and Responsibilities:
· Depending on the complexity and the size of the Project the Junior Proposal Engineer will be assigned part of the Proposals production scope in coordination with the Proposal Manager and the rest of the team;
· The Junior Proposal Engineer develops the process design and ensures the timely production of all the design deliverables required for the Proposal;
· The Junior Proposal Engineer supports for the costing of the Project (both Capex and Opex);
· The Junior Proposal Engineer supports in organizing all necessary meetings, tracking all decisions. He/She ensures that the development of the portion of the Proposal he/she has been assigned, is compliant with the Management system and procedures in force;
· The Junior Proposal Engineer supports in developing the Execution Organization and the Construction delivery strategies in coordination with the relevant experts and contributors;
· The Junior Proposal Engineer supports the risk analysis and preparing the risk meeting;
· Upon request of the Business developer or the Proposal Manager, He/She may be called to support partners and/or Client meetings.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

General requirement:
The Junior Proposal Engineer Junior has a technical know-how and 1-2 years of experience in the field of water treatment.

Education Requirements:
Master’s Degree in environmental Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.

Languages required:
Fluent in English
French is a plus

Required behavior Skills:
He/She is a good coordinator, organized and efficient in delivery while keeping focused on the ultimate targets.
He/She enjoys the teamwork within national and international contexts and will need to be flexible with working hours.
He/She has appetite for learning.
