 POSTING PRESENTATION:

To develop Automated functional test for specific semiconductor devices in order to minimize test setup time and improve overall testing time.
Translate Teradyne Flex functional parametric tests to working lab bench setups.  Using SPI communications/Analog Diagnostic Test Modes/Time based vector translation/Power Supplies/ADCs/DACs/Oscillators to build up to 84 test procedures (based on student performance). 

 Other Key Considerations:
Must be proficient in programming
