STMicroelectronics is looking for a dynamic, motivated, open-minded candidate that if selected will be part of the team leading the Global Purchasing Organization transformation towards a digital world.

 

The selected candidate will intervene in  :

·  Ariba central support & maintenance
·  Driver From Design
·  Category definition
·  Preferred Vendor list
·  ERP Commodity Code mapping
·  UNSPSC Mapping
·  User acceptance test
·  Purchasing processes analysis and redesign
·  Supplier Ariba enablement lead and vendor on-boarding management.
·  Project management, deployment lead, project support.
·  Support of Global Purchasing Organization and End user community for legacy systems, ensuring business continuity and consistent value.
Write and improve existing documentation

Overseas travel may be required.

Profile

Requested Background:

·  Master Degree (in Business, or Sciences, or Information And Communication Technologies).
·  5-10 years on experience
·  Experiences in purchasing or in purchasing support functions
·  Experience in purchasing business analyst position
·  Experience in business project management.
·  Ariba platform experience

 

Requested demonstrated skills :

·  Business analyst : Ability to gather and understand implicit and explicit requirement to propose out of the box and innovative solutions.
·  Flexibility, team work
·  ability to communicate with various level of management.
·  SAP MM knowledge / SAP/HANA
·  English Fluency a must. French, Chinese or Italian considered as plus.
