Job description

PROCESS CONTROL (Daily)

·  Knows and understands IPC - In process Control Monitoring. Perform sampling inspection and reporting of at least one skill.
·  Services process control requests coming from other groups to ensure qualification of equipment, products, and process.
·  Performs Statistical Process Control (SPC) charting in order to analyze processes and takes appropriate action for out of control products.

OUTGOING INSPECTION (Daily)

·  Conducts visual inspection and documentation check of outgoing products following prescribed specifications.

REPORTS (Daily)

·  Collects process control and outgoing inspection data, highlights occurrence of non conformities and ensures that this information is channeled to immediate superior and concerned process control teams. 

SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT, SECURITY AND GOODHOUSEKEEPING (Daily/As needed)

·  Disseminates, explains and complies with rules and regulations on safety, health, environment, good housekeeping and security in the area of responsibility to ensure that applicable rules and regulation are understood and implemented.
