Job description

1. Responsible to keep production equipment up and running to produce and meet the following equipment key performance indicators such as OEE, Uptime and Yield.

Job includes equipment set-up, conversion, troubleshooting and repair, analysis and problem solving of recurring equipment line issues.

·  With experience or knowledgeable from any of the following 
·  Pre-Assy Equipment - Long Hill Detaper, Mounter, Transfer Machine, Disco Saw Machine, Rudolf - AOI Machine.
·  Electrical Wafer Sort and Optical Wafer Sort Equipment -  Tel Prober P12XL, SPEA Tester, GES Testers.

2. Responsible for Process line support handling process related issues, provisions of corrective and preventive actions, hold lots disposition. Can handle or manage OCAP, FMEA, Special Process Instructions and MRBs.

Semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.

Education background

Graduate of Technical/Vocational courses related to electronics, electrical, industrial and mechanical  
(NOTE: we can add “Graduate of an Engineering degree related to electronics, electrical, mechanical and industrial” depending on HR preference/policy)

Technical Skills:

Basic know-how in FMEA and Statistics
Understands and can apply 5S, WI, OCAP, Fish bone, Why-Why analysis, Pareto
Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Power Point.
Can write and speak in English.
Can operate a computer.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Power Point.
