Job description
1. Space Management:
Identify the most convenient space allocation to meet internal customer expectations. Maintain the proper working conditions in the site both in terms of environment and logistics.
2. Housekeeping:
To perform regular checks in the Site to verify general conditions of areas, cleaning, service tags, signposts, damages and to put in place, with the support of GMS or facilities people, the necessary actions. A weekly report is requested.
3. Safety visits for facilities and costruction yards
To perform regular visits in the facilities areas, in costruction yards or during moving of equipments with the aim of checking unsafe conditions or unsafe behaviour of ST or external technicians. In case a dangerous (or potentially dangerous) situation occurs an immediate report is requested.
4. Labelling
To complete areas and facilities with safety and functional labelling and signs
5. Communication
To manage the communication media tools (Canteen, Belvedere, meeting rooms)
To support communication events of all organiziations (Star, Technical Staff,Communication meetings...)
To manage and organize Communication Points, billposting and support company communication campaigns
Profile
Attitude to relationship with internal customers and good communication skill
Focus to problem solving and autonomy
Master degree in architecture or civil engineering is preferred, high school diploma in line with requirements will be evaluated.
Good Knowledge and proficient level of use of AutoCAD is mandatory
