 POSTING PRESENTATION:

To ensure that deliveries to the customer are on time and at the least possible cost versus what is requested to deliver, by optimizing various internal processes and resources (backlog management, stock, delivery confirmation).
Provides support to sales related activities.
Provides general product information, quote book/contract prices per authorization from Sales/Marketing personnel.
Receives customer forecast detail, books, verifies, enters, monitors, tracks and expedites orders/frames through detailed backlog management.
Generates and/or compiles customer release, backlog, and delivery history records and related reports.
Processes RMA, tracks delinquent product items, investigates and corrects customer short shipments, discusses and resolves potential problems as needed.
Tracks and provides sample information for Sales/Customers as necessary.
Interfaces with the Credit Department for resolution of slow payment and credit hold issues.
Uses ST systems for internal order processing (ST Applications)
Uses sales skills to interface with internal and external customers.
The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of quality; in work, processes, products, and results.
Customer visits as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned

 

PROFILE REQUIRED:

·    Bachelor Degree.
Ideally a minimum 5 years of related working experience in the related field.
Result oriented and self-motivated, able to work independently.
Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
·   4 - Bachelor degree
·   2-5 years
