Job description

Develop a comprehensive approach for the operational management of Time Constraints Tunnels (TCT) for Crolles300 Operations. TCT are today one of the main pain points in terms both of production planning and day to day line management.

The thesis will leverage on the foundational works done on modelling and simulation in the A. Lima thesis.

By improving computational performance and interfacing, the thesis will then address both 1- Medium term modelling (Impact of TC duration on Flows, WIP thresholds, capacity, etc.) and 2- Real time control mechanisms and decision support tooling (lot gating mechanism, PM & recipe validation management, WIP positioning, etc.)
