Doctaroo is a startup incubated at Station F in the 13th arrondissement of Paris.

Our goal is to harness the power of AI and machine learning to build intelligent telemedicine solutions that helps doctors serve patients faster and make telemedicine visits for some conditions almost as good as a physical visit.

Job Description

We are looking for a naturally curious, backend engineer who will

·  Collaborate with designers and developers to solve complex problems
·  Build, test, deploy and maintain applications
·  Participate in feature estimation and scoping
·  Manage time appropriately and clearly communicate changes in effort or scope
·  Write maintainable, standard-driven code

Key responsibilities

·  Responsible for designing, developing, enhancing and maintaining multiple code bases and API connections.
·  Your main duties will include design and development, code review, participating in meetings, and testing.
·  You will be working on a development team where you’ll be participating in the process from design planning to coding to deployment

Preferred Experience

Ideally you should have experience

·  Working with Kafka, Nginx, Docker, Twillio, Stripe.
·  Working with Flutter, Golang,JavaScript and Python.
·  Implementation of security and data protection
·  Integration of data storage solutions such as Postgres, Redis, MongoDB, SQL
·  Familiarity with version control (Github, Gitlab or Bitbucket)
·  Experience with application hosting and deployment preferred (AWS, Google, other)
·  Database administration experience (i.e. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, MongoDB)

Recruitment Process
