Special Chem produces fluor and rare-earth formulations for automotive, semi-conductor, and lighting applications. Job Overview and Responsibilities

· 
Implement routine inspection of IQC, IPQC,FQC according to related SOP and test method, keep all records  in order at any time, ensure to provide precise inspection data and release in time.

· 
Assist plant for investigation if any non-conforming case or customer complaint , report abnormal in time, be able to root cause analysis and provide the suggestion for handling.

· 
Maintain  and calibrate lab device in time and keep record,resolve simple problems independently if any equipment failure.

· 
Keep HSE compliance and performance ,good management of retain samples, dangerous chemical and lab consumable , good awareness of 5S to keep lab clean at any time.

Education and Experience

· 
Professional college and above background in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry. Good knowledge and experience in quality control part, understand basic workflow of it

· 
3+ years of experience in QC work in Semiconductor, Electronic, Chemical, Pharma or Automotive industry

· 
Be familiar with lab device operation, calibration , maintenance and troubleshooting

Skills

·  Strong communication skills, ability to assist plant operation
·  Experience on TOC , IC or ICPMS instruments and QC system such as SAP&LIMS is preferred
·  Good English skill in listening ,speaking, reading and writing.
