REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :1740€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

CONTEXT OF THE ROLE AND MAIN MISSIONS We initiated our digital transformation 2 years ago, with the development of an extensive roadmap of possible new offers and new services (such as a Village Mobile Application, Wearables for room’s access, etc. Connected Food Trucks, Drones for Roof Inspections, etc.). We permanently develop new concepts, prototypes and run pilots to propose to our client’s innovative services (monitoring of space usage, Smart Rooms and Smart Kitchens, etc.) In Chile, we are specifically running prototypes and pilots around: Man-less Micro-market, Click & Collect services and on the deployment of our Village App. As part of the Marketing team and Digital Transformation team, you will have following assignments: 1/ Conducting Analysis •Collecting and analyse consumer and client research data •Gathering client needs from Marketing and Sales teams •Mapping out business operations data from internal teams 2/ In partnership with Marketing teams, supporting the development of new concepts: •Producing Concept scoping and Blueprints •Defining Branding, Look & Feel (with Agencies, Designers) •Macro-designing Service modules (with Architects, Tech providers, SO, Digital …) •Identifying Local Partners and setup HL Engagement •Developing client pitches & communications materials •Defining Costing / Pricing / ROI analyses / Potential deployment 3/ Once the concept is approved: •Producing Detailed design and production •Documenting Operational requirements, processes, SOPs, UX flows •Developing Employees deployment packs, training packs, conducting training sessions 4/ Service Brief production EXPECTED PROFILE The ideal candidate will have: •A mixed profile with good digital technology understanding and a strong business and marketing acumen •At least 12 months cumulated professional experience (including internships) in start-up or digital project development for large organisations •Genuine interest into new technologies, mobility, wearables, platforms, data analytics •Exceptional communication and relationship building skills – In English and Spanish •Good writing and visual documents creation capabilities •Understanding of Payment technologies, knowledge of NFC / RFID technologies
