Job description



Responsibilities

Perform/Monitor processes to comply with regulatory/statutory reporting requirements
- Study new regulations to analyse the impact on banking activities and then design and implement solutions to comply with these regulations/statutes
- Manage a small team'

Profile Required

Good knowledge of MS Office Tools especially MS Excel
- Ability to understand end-to-end process flow
- Ability to write functional specifications (Desired)
- Demonstrable the ability to manage people

Finance
- Exposure to Head Office reporting tools
- Exposure to Peoplesoft General Ledger

Capital Market (OPER)
- Analytical skills'
'Finance:
- Working knowledge of Financial Statements and IFRS GAAPs
- Knowledge of Advanced Accounting concepts
- Understanding of Inter-company reconciliation
- Maintain consistency between Accounting v/s Risk and working knowledge of RWA computation
- Working knowledge of Balance Sheet management (structural risk, liquidity risk, Business Line reporting)

Capital Markets (OPER):
- Advanced knowledge of financial products
- Advanced understanding of Back Office processes
- Basic knowledge of OTC derivatives regulation'
