Responsibilities

Your Mission:

Act as an ambassador of transformation culture and practices across HR domain, ensuring constant review, enhancement, upgrade and transformation focus as required in HR related areas. The role is expected to drive the HR Transformation agenda (systems, tools, processes, policies) across the full project lifecycle, meeting the expectations as agreed per objectives.

HR Transformation Partner will collaborate with HR Director, Business Leads and various HR actors in order to deliver the plans as per defined strategy.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

·  Supports HR leadership in defining, developing and delivering HR strategy. Leads HR Transformation strategy deployment, including development of business case and building transformation roadmap
·  Defines the overall scope of the HR Transformation initiatives, in consultation with project stakeholders
·  Oversees the planning, implementation and controlling of HR Transformation initiatives with respect to scope, budget, delivery timelines
·  Ensures the involvement of all necessary actors/departments/business lines, maintaining a high level of engagement for all parties contributing to the projects/programs. Manages the key stakeholders, who can vary from CEO, HR Director to representatives from each business area
·  Ensures the deliverables meet the customers' needs and that are consistently at high quality standards. Objectives delivery should also be complented by its sustainability on long term
·  Creates value through bringing in new insights and constantly delivering service excellence
·  Continuously benchmarks for practices around HR processes excellence

Profile Required

A little about You:

·  Min. 3 years experience in human resources (HR strategy, HR transformation, change management, HR business partnering, etc)
·  Capable to understand HR processes and their impact at company level, facilitating fast decision making while properly evaluating organizational risks
·  Preferably sound experience in project management
·  Fluency in English and French
·  Extraordinary communication and influencing skills
·  Great ability to identify and elliminate conflicts fairly and effectively
·  Ability to initiate change to achieve desired business outcomes, facilitates the implementation and acceptance of within workplace
·  Result oriented, high flexibility and work autonomy
