We're looking for a talented Mold Maker to join the Lexington, KY Smart Factory!

What do you get to do in this position?

· Plan and performs bench and machining operations to repair, alter and construct molds, tools, jigs, fixtures and gauges used in manufacture of electrical products.
· Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose tooling, read and comprehend blueprints, tool manuals and sketches.
· Set-up and operate machine tools
· Maintain high degree of quality standards of precision work with close tolerances. Checks work with measuring instruments
· Ability to program two axis and conversational controls

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:

·  High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
·  Completion of apprenticeship program or 5-10 years relevant experience
·  Must be able to work daily and weekend overtime
·  Able to work any of the three shifts (an applicant could be hired to work a certain shift, then get bumped any number of times to another shift)
·  Competent in measurement and verification of precision tolerances
·  CMM and EDM experience a plus
