Job description

Reporting to the plant quality and customer satisfaction manager

Functional authority, multidisciplinary team leadership (Methods, Quality, Production, R&D, Purchaising).

MAIN MISSIONS

· Represent the end customer (internally) in the factory to protect these interests first
· Be the technical expert of the products in the factory in order to avoid nonconformities and their recurrences.
· Ensure compliance of the product performance and the technical file
· Manage the evolutions of the products in order to constantly satisfy the requirements of our customers
· Strengthen proposals to improve quality or cost of products

NATURE AND EXTENT OF ACTIVITIES

· Assist as a product technical expert the function of suppliers quality assurance in order to obtain an optimum level of component quality (support to the SQME)
· Ensure qualification of products, means, process, tools and parts purchased
· Assure and represent the plant, provide experience, ensure compliance with the product evolution process (PEP)
· To welcome new products
· Propose and lead the technical evolutions within the factory and at the supplier side
· Participate in the writing of process and specifications, participate in FMEA

Qualifications :

Skills and qualifications

Master's Degree in Engineering in Mechatronics or Electromechanics

CAD skills (industrial design) ProEng or Catia software

BTEC Higher National Diploma /Diploma of Higher Education in Electromechanics

Experience in CAD (industrial design) software ProEng or Catia
