Job description
The mission of the Field Services Inside Service Sales Representative is to generate new business through targeted outbound campaigns utilizing the install base and/or maximize services revenue by establishing, building and nurturing relationships with an assigned portfolio of Proximity Accounts. In addition to these activities, he/she may be responsible for managing, by delegation from Outside Service Sales, some tasks related to Strategic and Targeted Accounts.
Responsibilities
Build and manage Field Services opportunity pipeline
o Take inbound calls and e-mails to support existing customer base
o Meet daily goals for outbound sales calls to support the existing customer base
o Identify and pursue new opportunities with existing customers
o Develop new points of contact and potential accounts identified from marketing & sales campaigns, FSR leads and CCC/other sales leads
o Develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities
o React quickly to on-demand requests from customers
o Analyze, qualify and proactively progress opportunities in BFO
o Quote and close deals for standard Services offers
o Coordinate with the wider Services Teams, as required, to satisfy Service opportunities
o Maintain the Install Base data for customers
o Document all records of customer interaction and activity in BFO
o Transfer new product sales opportunities to Account Managers from the BUs or Product Inside Sales
Manage assigned accounts
o Complete customer platforming and coverage to identify assigned accounts
o Develop customer account plans to maximize business growth through assigned accounts
o Be the single point of contact for assigned accounts
o Develop, maintain and expand relationships with customers
o Respond quickly to customer requests and educate them on the complete Service offers
o Report on order intake and margin of assigned accounts

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 Previous Sales or Customer Service experience
• Bachelor /associate degree in Electrical Engineering/Business management school
• Strong customer-oriented
• Sales and results driven individual
• Passionate, engaging and enthusiastic team player
• Basic to intermediate skill in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), BFO.
• Familiarity with Schneider Electric products and services
• Familiarity with phone, Internet, e-mail systems and social media
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Fluent in local language, good English level for communication (Listening, speaking, reading and writing)
