Title:

Payment Coordinator, Contract Development & Analytics (CD&A)

Job Responsibilities:

·  Working with the Account Management and CD&A areas on processing fees and rebates, new and renewal contract analysis, Flu reporting and ad hoc analysis for internal and external customers generated from Sanofi Pasteur's reporting systems.
·  This role will work closely with the Manager (Payments), Contract Development & Analytics who is ultimately responsible accountable for all fee and rebate payments.
·  Rebate / Admin Fee Processing: According to contract guidelines/timelines: process and gain approval for payments to customers for main line and flu contracts, including products sold via VaxServe.
·  Total yearly Rebate and Fee processing volume is over 1,500 performed annually segmented across four quarters and annually for flu.
·  This position is mainly focused on payments to our Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs). However, it is also expected that this person will assist with payments to Health Systems and Physician Buying Groups (PBGs) as needed.
·  Primary responsibility is to provide customized GPO reporting and ensure compliance with requirements as stated in current agreements.
·  This requires knowledge and understanding of each GPO's submissions systems and communication with appropriate analytical contacts at each GPO.
·  Also provides SP formatted reports and communicates to AM the timelines associated with rebates and fees processing cycle. In addition, responsible for training/educating Account Management on content of rebate/fee reports.
·  Flu Reporting: As requested and regularly produce and distribute reports on Flu contract sales and achievement using various systems and software tools to keep the Account Management Team, management and other departments apprised of appropriate information.
·  Track reservations, shipments, retention and membership shifts through reports during each Flu season.
·  Analytical Reporting: Support ad hoc reporting needs of Account Management and the CD&A team.
·  Resolve reported discrepancies relative to membership, contract fee payments and contract sales.
·  Responsible for reporting and documentation of rebates and fees processed that includes vendor set up, documentation of data by buying group and method of payment.
·  Works cross-functionally with North America Shared Services to ensure vendor set up and maintenance and checks are cashed and accounted for.
·  Maintain an in-depth knowledge of data (internal and external), sources and systems.
·  Demonstrate creativity in utilizing tools and finding ways to report information to internal and external customers that most accurately reflects the given situation.
·  Manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously and maintain flexibility to adapt to ever-changing requirements.
·  Must be very process oriented and detailed in documentation so as to leave behind clear and concise audit trails.

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) in Business, Finance or related field is required with 3-5 years of analytical experience and
·  Fully proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

·  2-3 years' experience with Micro Strategy strongly desired
