Junior Quality Specialist Greece & Cyprus

Job description

Junior Quality Specialist for GREECE & CYPRUS MCO will undertake the below responsibilities:

- Management of  Product Quality Complaints (PTC) for Greece & Cyprus:

·  local intake point for complaints including medical device handling errors
·  reply to complainants
·  report PTC to Sanofi Global PTC Database
·  manage sample returns (follow-up with pharmacies and wholesalers for sample returns and sent sample to sanofi investigation sites)
·  filing of PTC
·  PTC reconciliation with internal and external stakeholders
·  Contribution to the update of Sanofi Greece and Sanofi Cyprus  Quality Agreements with manufacturing sites
·  Contribution in the management of Temperature Deviations for shipments received at Sanofi Greece Distribution Center (Third part contractor) and Sanofi Cyprus Distribution Center.
·  Contribution in product return management (validation of Distribution Center pre-approval for return to saleable stock)

Requirements:

·  Excellent communication skills are required to manage calls with customers (physicians, pharmacists, patients, wholesalers)
·  BSc in Health Sciences
·  MSc should be an advantage
·  Knowledge of English language at professional level is required
·  Medium-level skills in using information technology tools/software is required. These include at least Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
·  Willingness to work under pressure
·  Ability to cooperate transversally
·  Willingness to learn
