Job description

People

·  Maintain effectiveness relationships with the end stakeholders (Medical scientific community) within the with local hub (and globally if required) with an end objective to ensure education and communication graphical design meet customers’ requirements
·  Constantly assist writers (senior or Junior) in reviewing documents produced and supporting based on expertize

Performance

·  Support publication or Medical information processes (Slide decks, Abstract, poster, manuscript, scientific response letters) as per agreed timelines and quality

Process

·  Develop graphic design processes that secure expected quality for publications or medical information materials, including infographics, videos and simple animations and other enhanced publications materials
·  Assist the assigned scientific communication team in achieving targets in terms of comprehensive publication-needs analysis
·  Support the implementation of the publication plan and associated activities for the year identified for the region
·  Work with selected vendors within the region to deliver the required deliverables as per defined process
·  Leverage advanced training delivery tools & techniques thereby enhancing the effectiveness of training delivery
·  Design an overall plan of action basis internal and local customers feedback in order to drive continuous improvement
·  Act as a referent for new technologies that can optimize in scope processes

Customer

·  Work closely with local scientific communication teams in identifying publications needs and assisting in developing assigned deliverables
·  Liaise with Medical department to prepare relevant & customized deliverables
