Sanofi Consumer Healthcare is a best in class consumer health business with a large portfolio of vitamin, mineral, supplement, over the counter and personal care brands including Telfast, Mersynofen, Betadine, Bisolvon, Dulcolax, Nature’s Own, Cenovis, Ostelin and many more. We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Finance Team as a FP&A Analyst. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and preparing financial forecast and analysis. This role will report into the Head of Finance who has the ownership for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) process for ANZ within Production.

Key priorities include:

·  Manage the forecasting, planning and budgeting for Production facility.
·  Generate accurate timely reporting; highlight performance issues; draw insights and provide forward looking analysis
·  Lead process to monitor, measure, and analyse actual business performance
·  Ensure the integrity of the financial information flowing from the Industrial Affairs program for Consumer Products.
·  Maintaining financial data for inclusion in Industrial Affairs program reports
·  Support the operations with adequate financial analysis and interactions with other departments in IA.
·  Maintain integrity of work order recoveries and variances
·  Maintain integrity of Balance Sheet Accounts (including Fixed Assets)
·  Ensure actual expense allocations are in line with the budgeted allocations
·  Accurate costing for all Consumer products after the integration to SAP

Key Criteria for this role includes:

·  Part qualified or qualified  CA/CPA
·  Accounting background is essential with experience in financial reporting
·  Strong communication skills to build effective stakeholder relationships
·  SAP/ TM1 will be beneficial
·  FMCG or Production background is preferred
