Job Description

Dans le cadre de l'implémentation d'un nouveau PLM (Product Life Management), vous rejoindrez la Direction des Opérations et serez en charge des missions suivantes :

Vous approprier la solution Teamcenter 12 et en devenir un acteur clé.

Définir et mettre en place une méthodologie pour organiser le support des utilisateurs après la transition.

Apporter un soutien aux utilisateurs en développant ou en actualisant les supports de formation.

Suivre l'évolution des demandes et leur résolution à travers un indicateur de performance précis.

Contribuer aux tests de développement de la phase 2, notamment pour la gestion des gammes dans Teamcenter 12.

Job Requirements

Vous êtes à la recherche d'une alternance d'un an pour valider votre Bac+3 (QLIO ou autre) ?

Vous êtes un communicant efficace, proactif et passionné par les outils informatiques ?

Alors cette alternance est faite pour vous !

Un niveau d'anglais intermédiaire serait un réel atout, car vous participerez à un projet collaboratif avec Gloucester et Toronto, avec certains documents en anglais.
