Job Summary:

Rossignol Group is looking for a team of enthusiastic Sales Associates for the Rossignol Retail Store opening in SOHO NYC.

As a Sales Associate, you will:

Be the brand ambassador delivering excellent service to every customer

Build relationships with customers and maximize sales opportunity

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained by you and your team

Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed and all operational duties are met

Develop unique ways to capture clients (i.e. Hotel Concierge and develop relationships with neighboring stores)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and offer assistance through-out customer’s full shopping experience.

Maintain knowledge of product lines to assist customers in a friendly manner.

o  Skiwear, fashion wear, footwear

Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating knowledge of the products as well as Rossignol history and brand development

Contribute to the daily operations of the store, by maintaining a neat and organized store front and stockroom

Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point of sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards and making change

Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

A passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional guest experience

1+ year of retail experience or similar customer service experience preferred

Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and adapt to different customers

Strong verbal and written communication skills

POS experience with Square or other
