Purpose

Enthusiastic advocate for Marketing&Digital, aspiring the disease areavision and strategyandtranslates it with the team into outcomes to transform the customers experience.

He /she collaborate with Squad team and relevant external Stakeholders to constantly reshape the external environment through creating the integrated Value Proposition and proper engagement plan in accordance with business priorities and global positions to insure comprehensive access to our innovative treatmentand to bring better for more patients faster

Responsibilities

Vision / Integrated strategy: (under the squad lead monitoring)

·  Assist the squad lead in co-creating / updating with the team the vision & integrated strategy for his/her assigned products
·  Co-creates and iteratively improves the integrated value proposition, engagement plan based on both global strategy & local customer needs.
·  Working with the squadlead in constantly adaptthebrand positioning, segmentation & Brand value messages in line with local requirements & market changes, considering the marketing mix.
·  Continuous analysis of marketing information, insights and timely recommendations to Squad Lead for corrective measures.
·  Initiate market research related to the products priorities to provide support in assessment of promotional effectiveness, validation of business opportunities, and create/update patient flow in a timely manner
·  To lead all launch integrated activities for new products / indications

Customer management / Product communication:

·  Collaborate with all cross functions effectively to manage the products strategies/ action plans.
·  Knows and understand the customers experience & their need, and TAEs relationships & other decision makers to co-create product/franchise solutions
·  Collaborate and network within the marketing/ digitalchapter to create a community of practice, insights and learnings.

Business operations:

·  Assistthe squad lead insales, spendingforecastswhile ensuring promotional effectiveness based on continuous marketanalysis,in line with theoverall brand direction.
·  To create innovative promotional materials & contents for multiple platforms
·  Organize the PR activities / digital solutionsin collaboration with the Communication and digital team team
·  To measure performance of all marketing campaigns by tracking relevant project(KPIs)
·  To generate with the squad and SFE theLadder of Adaption matrix for the segmentation of HCPs to offer tailored approaches to optimize the customer experience
·  To train sales force on product, strategy and tactics
·  To plan double visits with theteamregularly to make sure that the promotional materials are suitable and the marketing strategies are implemented effectively
·  To track the product stock level and plan accordingly with collaboration of supply chain colleagues.

·  Adhere to local SOPs for material approval and local promotional practice guidelines

·  +2 years of experiencein the relevant field.
·  Experience in customer facing role.
·  Agile experience is a plus.
