You will be responsible for:

·  Technical service training and supporting for customers and service teams.
·  Working closely with BA to analyze and finding out the service competency gap to better meet business improving need and lead projects to realize the competency of service delivery team with possible training resources.
·  Delivering training courses for internal employees, customers and distributors in the fields or other campuses.
·  Adhering to the policy and processes for training to enable a standardized course delivery.
·  Arranging training systems, materials and classrooms to ensure that courses can be delivered in optimal conditions (classrooms, systems and lab environment).
·  Ordering/returning parts/reagenting for training requirements, to ensure the training courses can be delivered as scheduled.
·  Training systems maintenances.
·  Coaching trainer colleagues and students in all learning environments to present the learning content in the most active and efficient way.
·  Improving professional skills of the training teams based on daily training feedback and evaluation.
·  Providing 3rd level technical support nationwide including new product installation and system services. Integrate global technical documentation and local experience, edit and draft local technical document that can be referred by relevant engineers and application specialists.
·  Being the window person to Global System Support. Report and transfer technical problem to GCS using Clarify complaint management system. Keep in touch with Global Customer Service to ensure existing courses content is up to date.
·  Leading Technical Support Group. Provide quick solution to escalated case from region.
·  Excellent in Technical Product Management to support BA with new product launch.
·  Supporting MRA in Product Registration Process.
·  Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
·  Conducting business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
·  Understanding and fulfilling the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

You should have:

·  At least Bachelor degree in relevant majorities
·  Good command of English in both spoken and written
·  Good command of MS office software application
·  Product & Application Expertise
·  At least 5 years of working experience in relevant areas

Health Conditions:

·  According to the 'Quality Management Regulations for Medical Device Management' and the 'Regulations on Quality Management of Pharmaceutical Products', health checks should be conducted at least once a year; if you have infectious diseases or other diseases that may contaminate medical devices or drugs shall not be engaged in related work.
