Purpose

•Acts as single point of contact for external stakeholders and agent for the designated disease area.
•Owns and sets the strategy and vision of the designated disease area.

Responsibilities

•Identify and shape the healthcare ecosystem of the designated disease area (including all the elements that impact the patient journey).
•Manages the life cycle of the Products in the designated disease area
•Takes full accountability for achievement of the disease area goals
•Responsible of all decisions pertaining to the designated disease area(Vision ,resourcing, strategy, tactics, smart risk)
•Creates and alliteratively improves the set plans with full responsibility on the implementation of plans
•Self-improves and shares expertise with colleagues working as ecosystem partners and ecosystem enablers
•Ensures that standards set by the ecosystem enablers are met
•Ready to offer support and take responsibility in case of urgency / new initiatives outside the core scope
•Builds effective internal network with subject matter experts beyond geographical scope
•Ensures adherence with local regulations and Roche corporate reputation guidelines

•7+yearsof rounded experience in different fields in healthcareand proven knowledge in the relevant field/product/customer segment
