You will be responsible for:

·  Technical Service in the assigned area
·  Carrying out routine repair/maintenance instrument work. Independently complete the installation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting according to the technical manual
·  Visiting customers regularly and promoting Roche medical value and service brand; timely feedback on customer situation and report market information to ensure key customer satisfaction and loyalty.
·  Having a comprehensive understanding of the related service SOP and strictly implement them
·  Proficiently using the tools such as Rexis, Grips and improve the service skills by continuous learning. Summarizing the work experience and share with other engineers.
·  Helping and supporting engineers to master product knowledge and solve technical problems
·  Updating the maintenance data timely and accurately according to the requirements of service SOP
·  Working closely with sales and applications, actively solve users' problems as soon as possible and improve maintenance schedule to ensure perfect customer experience.
·  Supporting Sales to achieve year target
·  Being a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure effective service for customer, handle customer's complaint.
·  Developing and conducting training on the safe operations of the equipment and demonstrate skills to trainees, including team members, sales, customers as well as distributors
·  Management of spare parts
·  Assisting in yearly budget and prepare monthly report
·  Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
·  Conducting business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

You should have:

·  Bachelor degree or above in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical
·  Good command of English in both spoken and written
·  Good command of MS office software application
·  0~2 years related experience.

Health Conditions:

·  According to the "Quality Management Regulations for Medical Device Management" and the "Regulations on Quality Management of Pharmaceutical Products", health checks should be conducted at least once a year; if you have infectious diseases or other diseases that may contaminate medical devices or drugs shall not be engaged in related work.
