JOB DESCRIPTION :

·  Reports to  : Training Manager
·  INTERFACES

internal: RT ,WS, MKT and other related departments

external: Training consultant company, Travel agency,

 

OBJECTIVE: 

·  To work as a team player of Training Team to improve the productivity and expertise of Retail staff;
·  To work as a team player of Training Team to provide essential support to Wholesale staff;
·  To work as a team player in company events;

 

Duties and responsibilities:

 

·  Deliver the Induction Training & Novelty Training;
·  Translate and proofread the training material from Headquarter Academy;
·  Deliver Entice My Client training;
·  Coordinate training sessions;
·  Conduct training needs analysis and deliver enhancing training for Wholesalers;
·  Conduct boutique coaching in RT and WS boutiques;
·  Push Me! app usage;
·  Facilitate boutique activations, local Essential Moments.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·  At least 2 years training experience in multi-national companies (Watch/Luxury is preferred).
·  Positive communication mindset and skill set.
·  Good presentation skill.
·  Team work spirit.
·  Self-motivated.
·  Fluent English level in both oral and written, esp. in professional English.
·  Able to make domestic travel for over 50% working days.
