The Roger Dubuis Excalibur and Velvet collections are distributed worldwide through an exclusive sales network and boutiques. The quest for excellence, the long search for the right gesture, as well as the development of unique skills are all deining characteristics of the Geneva-based Swiss Maison.
We are looking for an experienced Brand Ambassador to engage with the Roger Dubuis clientele in Harrods.
Main Responsibilities
Sales
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Proactive ‘hunting’, networking and clienteling with new Clients
- Ensuring a close, harmonious and collaborative working environment with the Roger Dubuis Team at Harrods, to maximize awareness of Roger Dubuis and sales conversion
Operations
- Supporting the Senior Brand Ambassador with daily reports, including sales performance, footfall, leads generated, repairs etc
- Dealing with aftersales requests
- Ensuring shop floor standards
- Supporting the Senior Brand Ambassador in agreeing work rotas, holiday permission and cover
- Stock management and inventory review
Training
Working with the Roger Dubuis Sales Manager to ensure that product and brand knowledge is passed to the Harrods Sales Team
Strategy
- Attending strategic weekly meetings with Roger Dubuis Brand Manager and Sales Manager
- Attending monthly ‘task force’ meetings with Harrods management
Events
- Supporting with marketing campaigns activation
- Support with event planning
- Attending client events to deliver exceptional service and to contribute to their success
Harrods
Adherence and compliance with relevant and applicable Harrods policies, procedures, guidelines
Ideal Profile
Knowledge and demonstrable passion for the high end luxury sector
Experience in working in a luxury concession, luxury store or similar environment
Demonstrable understanding of Roger Dubuis and strong selling skills that will promote the features and benefits of our Brand while maximizing sales and Client satisfaction and retention
Entrepreneurial and daring spirit to maximize client acquisition and achieve business objectives
A good understanding of Roger Dubuis’ competitive environment
A good understanding of ‘haute horologie’ would be an advantage
