Richemont - Health & Safety and Security Assistant
6 months contract, ASAP start date
How will you make an impact?
· Support the UK Security Director in the development of, implementation of and delivery of Richemont HS Guidelines
· Regular reviews and compliance checks of basic fire safety and Health & Safety standards in Boutiques and other Richemont locations
· Support Boutique Management in the implementation of Health and Safety and Fire action plans
· Design and implement best practices
· Work with our external suppliers in the management and delivery of H&S
· Coordination of trainings and development of staff in relation to H&S matters
· Provide administrative support to the Director of Security on retail daily security topics
How will you experience success with us?
· Previous Health & Safety experience, ideally within retail
· Ideally educated to degree level, with a background in Health & Safety
· Fast learner
· Great time management and prioritization skills
· Good presentation skills and self-confidence to address an audience
· Well organised and demonstrates attention to detail, proactive and has the ability to work unsupervised
· Solutions oriented and pragmatic
· Good communicator with an understanding of working within a high pressure and challenging business environment
