The main purpose of the trainer role is the deployment and the organization of trainings for the Retail teams in Europe.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Define the yearly Retail Training calendar and priorities with the Retail Trainer Worldwide and  the Europe Brand Manager

 

·  In line with the Chloé Retail strategy, assess the retail training needs and propose a yearly retail training calendar, including both the development of new modules and the execution of existing ones.
·  Liaise with region, and central dpt to assess the needs and priorities in terms of retail training
·  Define the competences and skills that store need to acquire, in order of priority. Identify individual needs per store / country
·   

Execute Retail trainings in Europe
 

·  Deployment of training (Chloé Moments, Leather Moments, Sales Moments …)
·  In-Store coachings to develop sales skills and to increase client experience as well as boutique sales
·  Collaborate with other departments in order to support trainings in their respective fields: Merchandising (Collection Trainings), Omnichannel (projects), Central Training Team (specific skills trainings).
·  Train and Support Store Managers on coaching skills, promote a coaching mindset.
·  Convey brand’s DNA training(Chloe Moments) and foster the boutique staff ambassadorship as Chloe’s stylist

 

Drive the evolution of Mystery Shopping in terms of result & coach the boutique staff
 

·  Develop Mystery Shopping action plans with the stores following quarterly MS campaigns.
·  Continuously follow up an challenge the stores on their Mystery Shopping action plans and in store animation

PROFILE

 

·  You are graduated from higher education (or equivalent) and have a significant 3/5 year experience in learning for a retail and fashion scope.
·  Your knowledges in training and fashion products (ready-to-wear, accessories) allow you to work on an adapted and relevant story telling.
·  You have already coordinated important projects at an international level and know how to work independently.
·  Your interpersonal skills and team spirit will allow you to be perfectly at ease in your missions.
·  Strong affinity with E-learning tools.
·  Fluent English required.
·  Ability to travel across Europe (40%)
