POSITION MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES          
-    Responsible for the reconciliation of e-commerce business; complete daily accounting processing according to various reports of e-commerce platform, which shall be accurate and timely.
-    Work closely with e-commerce team, be familiar with various activities of e-commerce platform, and make correct accounting treatment.
-    Participate in various e-commerce projects of the company, share opinions and optimize the process. 
-    Collaborate with internal & external partners, track and analyse lead-times to ensure highest level of service to e-commerce and ultimately end client.

 

QUALIFICATION

Education
Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting.

Experience
-    3+ year’s senior accounting level experience in E commerce business is preferred
-    Familiar with E commerce business, i.e. Tmall
-    Team leader experience is preferred
Skills required
-    Fluent in business English writing
-    Preferred big ERP system experience (e.g. SAP, oracle, and so on)
-    Good communication skills
-    Good team player, self-management
-    Strong finance technical skill and accuracy
