PR

Press Monitoring:

·  Follow up on the media press material requests
·  Weekly press review. Daily monitoring for online and social media.
·  Assist in development of press material for events
·  Generate a bi-monthly report on PR-industry Trends and Competition Campaigns & Trends
·  Generate a top coverage report to be shared internally
·  Strategic PR reporting (Clippings, ROI…)
·  Track influencers and recommend relevant new up and coming ones that fit different events/campaigns
·  Prepare relevant press/influencer invitation list to match needs and objective
·  Build a local directory and network  of qualitative press members

 

EVENTS

Events support (internal and external):

·  Follow up on specific tasks related to setup and dismantling of the event assigned by Event Manager (site research and site inspection – select furniture …)
·  Work on (digital – physical) Invitations: format, execution, production and distribution
·  Work on gifts selection, sourcing and costing
·  Support in obtaining permits and drawing contracts necessary for events 
·  Coordinate photographer and videography services needed
·  Handle casting of models, hostesses and pageboys
·  Assist with Logistics of the event
·  Prepare Post event presentations
·  Follow up with suppliers / create vendors / follow up on closing invoices with the finance department
·  Handle small scale events: Boutique Initiatives

 

EVENTS & PR

·  Assist in preparation of presentations and briefs
·  Coordination of the PR/Events movie with an agency, short movies for Seminars, etc
·  Handle interdepartmental meeting (prepare agenda and take meeting’s minutes)

 

Requirement:

·  Bachelor's degree is marketing
·  Fresh graduate
·  Strong Communication Skills
·  Interest in the High End Jewelry industry
·  Strong verbal and written skills in English
