Job description

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you are responsible for welcoming clients, managing waiting time, and ensuring that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner. You will also assist the Sales Associates during a sale if required.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greeting & Queue Management

·  Client Welcoming & Waiting Time Management
·  Monitor queue, input client data in internal application and generate report to Boutique team
·  Act as the liaison between clients and boutique team by taking down client details whenever possible to identify client’s needs
·  Manage appointments and waiting time and ensure that the clients are being assisted by Sales Associate accordingly
·  Be the Cartier Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience at the entrance of the boutique

 

Daily Boutique Operations Support

·  Be a key contact person to answering boutique phone
·  Support the opening and closing of the boutique
·  Assist in monitoring the cleanliness and overall experience of the boutique

 

KEY COMPETENCIES

·  Bachelor Degree in any related field
·  At least 2 years experience in retails, service industry, hospitality or tourism
·  Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
·  Excellent customer service with a client centric mindset
·  Ability to handle with in front complex situation or problem and quickly resolve with a professional manner
·  Good communication in both English and Thai
