Au sein de la Direction des Achats du Groupe Renault, vous rejoindrez le service des achats IS/IT de Renault Group dans un environnement stimulant & challengeant.

Nous recherchons un acheteur ou une acheteuse doté.e d'une solide expérience dans le domaine des achats logiciels. Le ou la candidat.e idéal.e doit posséder d'excellentes compétences en négociation, une capacité à travailler en équipe et une forte orientation vers les résultats.

Le poste est localisé au Technocentre à Guyancourt (78)​ , en région parisienne en CDI. Vous bénéficierez de 2 jours de télétravail.

Vos missions :

Sourcing

·  Réaliser et suivre le processus de consultation (RFI/RFP) pour son propre périmètre en collaboration avec le client interne et les parties prenantes : analyse des besoins des porteurs de parts, gestion des RFI/RFP, collecte et analyser des offres commerciales, consultation & négociation commerciale avec les fournisseurs, établissement d’une synthèse technico-économique cohérente & préparation de la documentation pour la sélection des fournisseurs
·  Assurer la conformité du processus d’approvisionnement de l’alliance.
·  Coordonner avec le service juridique et les parties prenantes le respect des termes contractuels clés avec les fournisseurs (RGPD, SLA, Annexe Sécurité,...).
·  Assurer l’archivage de tous les documents liés à la consultation y compris le contrat dans notre base de données. En charge de la gestion contractuelle de son propre périmètre.
·  Gérer l’exécution des projets sous sa responsabilité

Performance d’achat / Reporting Contribue à la performance d’achat de son équipe et de sa direction des achats

·  Chargé de mettre au défi ses propres fournisseurs pour réduire les coûts.
·  Rendre compte à sa direction de la performance commerciale de son périmètre.
·  Animer régulièrement des examens de performance avec les fournisseurs et sa direction.

Relation fournisseur

·  En tant que représentant du groupe Renault dans les relations avec les fournisseurs : assurer le suivi d’une bonne relation durable avec les fournisseurs du panel, procéder à des négociations équitables et promouvoir l’image de l’entreprise, respecter le Code de déontologie du Groupe Achats Renault.

Compétences pour réussir au poste :

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac +5, d'un diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent

Vous avez minimum entre 3 et 5 ans d'expérience en achats logiciels. Vous avez ainsi une bonne maitrise des sujets d’applications IS/IT.

Vous avez de réelles compétences en négociation.

Vous avez une maîtrise des outils MS Office – Excel (obligatoire), PowerPoint, Word.
Vous êtes orienté client/résultat et êtes capable de travailler avec de nombreuses parties prenantes.

Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication, d'analyse et de synthèse,

Vous faites preuve d'ouverte d'esprit et d'autonomie.

Vous justifiez d'un niveau courant en langue française et anglaise (expression écrite & orale)

In the Renault Group’s Purchasing Department, you will join the Renault Group’s IS/IT purchasing department in a stimulating and challenging environment.

We are looking for a buyer with strong experience in software purchasing. The Ideal candidate must have excellent negotiation skills, team-working ability and a strong focus on results.

The role is a permanent contract & will be located at the Technocentre, Guyancourt (78), Parisian region . You will have 2 days of remote work.

Main responsibilities :

Sourcing

·  Performing and monitoring of consultation process (RFI/RFP) for its own perimeter in collaboration with internal customer and stakeholders.
·  Analyze stake holder’s needs
·  RFI/RFP sending
·  Commercial offers collection and analysis
·  Commercial negotiation with candidates supplier consulted
·  Establish consistent technical-economic synthesis
·  Prepare documentation for supplier selection
·  Ensuring compliance of Alliance Procurement Process.
·  Coordinate with Legal Department and stakeholders the respect of key contractual terms with the suppliers (GDPR, SLA, Security Appendix, ...).
·  Ensuring the archiving of all the documents related to the consultation including contract in our Data Base. In charge of contract management of its own perimeter.
·  Manage the run of projects under her/his responsibility

Purchasing Performance / Reporting

·  Contributes to the Purchasing Performance of its Team and its Purchasing Direction.
·  In charge to challenge its own suppliers to reduce costs.
·  Proceeds to reporting to its Management of the commercial performance of its perimeter.
·  Animates regular Performance Reviews with the suppliers and its Management.

Supplier Relationship

·  As Renault Group representative in the relations with the suppliers :
·  monitor a good and a sustainable relationship with the suppliers of the panel.
·  proceeding to fair negotiations and promoting the image of the company.
·  respect of Renault Procurement Group Ethics Code.

Skills required :

You have a master degree, engineering diploma or other

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Software purchasing. You have a strong knowledge on IS/IT applications.

You have strong negotiations skills.

You have good knowledge of MS Office – Excel (mandatory), Powerpoint, Word

You are customer oriented & can work with many stakeholders

You are open minded, autonomous, have good communication & analytical skills

You are fluent in both French and English (writing/speaking)
