Supply Chain Analysts play critical roles in P&G's Product Supply Organization. From Day 1, you will be accountable for projects, customer ordering, inventory of our Grooming products. As the primary communicate with customers and internal suppliers, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate flow of our goods to our customers, working closely with them and your multi-functional partners to drive improvements and costs out of the system and play a key advocating role for our portfolio of products. Meaningful Work on Day 1

You will be a part of The Art of Shaving brand of products and a key member of the business team enabling our national and category results. As a member of the World Shaving Headquarters in Boston, you will join a family of P&G's globally recognized Grooming brands such as Gillette, Venus, Braun & Joy.

You will own various types of critical work, including own the development of timely and accurate plans and schedules for the sourcing, production and shipment of materials and product at P&G. From the beginning, you will have a high level of impact on the cost, cash, and service results for your designated operation.

Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include:

·  Owning various aspects of the ordering and planning process including setting-up, monitoring and adjusting settings and plans to optimize results.
·  Work with customers and suppliers
·  Utilize technical mastery and problem-solving skills to report and analyze key performance metrics to drive supply network improvements.
·  Anticipate business questions and opportunities to deliver insights to work process improvements. Use analytical tools and solutions to improve work process execution.
·  Identify, define, prevent and resolve complex problems and execute systematic solutions.

Qualifications

We believe in order to be able to perform on the job, you will need the following skills:

·  Strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills
·  Proficiency with computer applications with intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and other Office applications.
·  Capable of learning computer applications quickly in a Windows environment
·  Experience with maintaining accurate records and data
·  Strong communication skills
·  Interact with multi-functional project teams
·  High levels of trust and integrity
·  Able to review large quantities of data to identify abnormalities and provide clear rationale for resourcing a solution against it. High level of attention to detail.
