We have an exciting role in our Supply Network Operation team that could help to move your career forward by providing amazing learning and growth opportunities. We are looking for an outstanding SAP Production Support Lead to work with our core manufacturing teams to build our SAP Competence.

Job Scope:

This is a great opportunity to work in London P&G Manufacturing site to lead the SAP technical mastery of all the supply chains for the Production Execution. The role will focus on building capability in our people, deploying and improving standard work processes and mastering and delivering solutions with our technical systems such as SAP and RTCIS.

The role will also require collaboration with other locations within the P&G organization to leverage external capability to resolve issues and deliver new capability to the manufacturing production community. The role will be working with all levels of the organization from leadership to technicians to help drive and fix production execution defects, lead any improvement projects & provide training, including the London Plant contact for the manufacturing operations regarding production execution.

Your main focus area would be:

·  Become the P&G support for Production Execution guidance, advice and escalations for trouble shooting
·  Daily management system ownership for Production execution areas
·  Key player in the P&G Production execution Networks
·  Driver of capability improvements through coaching and education of employees within the production manufacturing environments
·  Key resource for Special projects related to Production execution Systems (e.g. Staging of materials, Reworks of Production, accountability etc.)

Qualifications

Qualifications

As well as having a continuous improvement attitude to keep advancing processes and standards to systemically develop and improve existing processes as well as new projects, you will be joining us from a background where you have worked collaboratively with teams and from an organisation where there are manufacturing operations.

Essentials are:

·  A working knowledge of SAP R/3 production execution, including master data, BOM’s Routings & Production orders
·  A good level of Microsoft Office skills
·  Ability to analyse data & generate reports
·  Familiarity with Inventory & Stock control would be a distinct advantage
