We are looking for a passionate and ambitious, IT professional to join a recently formed, purposely built, innovative team – Salesforce CoE (Center of Excellence) where you will grow as a Salesforce Solution Architect .

You will be able to leverage your solid understanding of the Salesforce product portfolio, Salesforce Platform, strong declarative and programmatic (Apex & Lightning) skills, to become a key member of the Salesforce Platform Architecture team, providing leadership in the area of solution design, technical governance, and policy development.

Working with a global network of business and technology leaders, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining the Application Development Standards, leading and reviewing the design of Salesforce implementations to support different parts of the P&G business, and leading ongoing governance of technical debt accumulation of existing solutions.

Being a part of the CoE team, you will also be responsible to shape and grow the application development standards policy of the CoE organization.

Besides the internal P&G team, you will also work with multiple external partners and supplier resources.

Solution Design

Working with a wide group of remote technical and cross functional non-technical leaders from a range of different departments, this person will be required to understand emerging business needs and make strategic recommendations regarding solution design. During the development phase, the person will be expected to consult as needed on design choices and implementation strategies.

Technical Governance

Review and maintain the existing technical development standards. Establish new standards and guidance for emerging/newly established capabilities not currently covered by the standards. Codify and execute the process for periodic static technical debt analysis.

Policy Development

Lead an ongoing improvement program to develop and deploy value-based policies which support the cost-effective development and operations of Salesforce applications within the company.

Qualifications

·  Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Force.com
·  Significant Salesforce experience (development and architecture)
·  APEX, AURA, SOQL/SOSL & Visualforce Salesforce Platform Developer I
·  Salesforce domain certification and Architecture certification
·  Interactions between Salesforce and other applications
·  Experience in multinational corporation – nice to have
·  Experience in consumer goods industry – nice to have
·  English fluency and at least a bachelor’s degree
