工作职责：

·负责个人护理产品的电路模块和系统设计

·负责产品电子设计可行性分析及评估

·负责原理图设计和布线；并验证和调试

·主持分析开发及试产中出现的问题，提出解决方案并验证

·领导OEM/ODM项目

·负责持续的质量改进和提供成本优化方案

·随时汇报项目进展，和提供技术意见作为项目组或者上层的决策依据。领导技术课题/问题的分析解决，积极主动联合其他职能部门达成行动共识。确保完成项目进度。确保设计的合规性和尊重知识产权。

Qualifications

任职资格：

·电子工程专业研究生或博士，或技术背景强的本科申请者

·模拟和数字电路设计和布线方面有很强的实践和实验能力

·家用电器或消费电子设计方面有丰富的经验

·流利的工作英语口语和书写能力
