Weare currently seeking a technologically savvy and innovative MarketingTechnologist to help lead our digital business programs and enable our brandsto successfully execute and innovate on our Direct to Consumer (DTC) stores,CRM, eCommerce, Search and Media performance marketing programs. This role willbe a critical enabler at the intersection of marketing, data, and analyticswhere technical knowledge and strategic attitude are the key to success.

Youwill help organizations with the tools of modern marketing needed to engagewith today’s digitally savvy consumers. You are the change agent working withinIT and across the company to build an advantage in our digital and e-channelmarket execution.

Day to DayActivities:

Driveand deliver consumer-centric data strategy, ensuring the right set oftechnology and architectural choices lead to data integration,activation/execution, sufficiency and enrichment.

Leadall technical projects including platform expansion, technologies enablingsales retail and e-channel expansion.

Leadand connect with a team of developers to align plans, tackle problems, anddeliver results.

Own,create, and lead all tagging and tracking of DTC sites.

Activatestrong digital plans to drive traffic while linking all digital campaigns toour product pages.

Manageall website connections and data pipeline.

Identifybusiness transformation opportunities that improve our key measures, inform newbusiness models and optimize digital/ecommerce operations.

Developand maintain Key Performance Indicator Dashboard(s).

Workwith the marketing agency and multi-functional team to test/measure marketingactivities/tests for innovation.

ProvideTechnical Expertise to Brand Manager/Brand Director.

Qualifications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in relevant degree field (Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Math, Marketing Analytics, or Technology Management).
• Relevant experience implementing digital e-Commerce platforms/solutions, developing APIs/systems integrations, and/ or developing reporting analytical solutions.
• Experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple parties on a project with various objectives.
• Clearly disseminate sophisticated technical problems to business owners in plain language.
• Proactive learner with problem solving skills, natural curiosity, effective communication and analytical skills.
• Hardworking and tenacious enough to work off-hours (during the evenings or weekends) as required during peak business periods.

Preferred Experience and Skills:
3+ years relevant marketing technological experience
Experience & understanding in implementing/ leading DTC eCommerce platforms (ex: Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, SalesForces etc.).
Power BI or Tableau – experience with designing and building metrics reporting dashboards.
Experience working on social media accounts for local businesses or non-profits.
Online Marketing Certified Associate training or certification (OMCA/OMCP).
Exposure to analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Ads.
