We are seeking talents for our Interlomas´ General Offices for the position of:

Regulatory Affairs Coordinator.

Managerial full-time position

Start date: as soon as possible.

Location: Estado de Mexico.

Work schedule: Flexible working hours.

Profile: 3 to 7 years of regulatory experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.

Scope of the role:

This is a full-time position in the local P&G Health Regulatory Affairs team to perform regulatory activities for healthcare products, including medicines, food supplements, medical devices and cosmetics, working with projects of new submissions and maintenance for Mexico.

Your key accountabilities:

•Perform the necessary regulatory tasks to the registration process for P&G Health products in collaboration with regional and global Regulatory Affairs for Mexico.

•Review and compile technical dossiers, ensuring that high quality data and standards are used to support the regulatory applications to achieve rapid and successful assessment.

•Track of submission and approvals, co-ordinate the preparation and conduct the review of responses to questions raised by the regulatory authorities.

•Provide regulatory support to project teams, partners and customers.

•Assist manager in development of registration strategies and assessments.

•Ensure maintenance of all registered and marketed products in compliance with national regulatory requirements.

•New product Initiatives: Work with line managers to develop and implement regulatory strategies that enable the delivery of a pipeline of product innovation to meet regulatory requirements. Understand regulatory issues and clearly communicate issues to your line manager.

•Post-approval changes: Provide maintenance work on post-approval changes for authorized products. Upload product regulatory documents and information in the accurate systems.

•Closely collaborate with other areas and cross functional teams in maintenance projects, as medical, marketing, pharmacovigilance, supply and quality functional groups as examples

•Improve Regulatory Affairs department work processes.

Qualifications

Qualifications required for this role:

•Eligible to work in Mexico City.

•Chemical Pharmacy science degree or equivalent in terms of industrial experience.

•Experience in registration of products in Mexico.

•Understanding of the pharmaceutical environment, regulatory affairs, trade associations, procedures and requirements.

•Understanding of pharmaceutical development and life cycle management.

•Great analytical skills.

•Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.

•Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
