P&G is seeking a hardworking and experienced attorney to join its Legal organization. Based on experience and background, placement of the selected attorney may be in one of the global business unit support roles, advising and counseling one of P&G’s global business units on legal strategy and compliance with various commercial, advertising, digital and privacy laws, or one of the following specialty practice groups: Trademarks, Patents, Labor & Employment, Global Transactions (including M&A support), Corporate, Securities & Employee Benefits Law, Antitrust, Litigation, Environmental, or Global Privacy & Digital Law. P&G attorneys work directly with clients to solve problems creatively and determine how best to manage the client’s legal needs across critically important, as well as challenging and rapidly evolving, legal spaces. The position requires strong cross-team collaboration and coordination with business clients, multi-functional partners, and legal colleagues. The position is located in P&G’s corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Qualifications

Requirements (skills / experiences) for the role:

A successful candidate must have: § Prior legal experience with a law firm, in-house, government or other legal department (this can include an internship or clerkship). § A J.D. with outstanding academic performance, with moot court, law review or judicial clerkships preferred § Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and very strong problem-solving skills. § Track record of success in professional and personal activities. § Proven leadership as well as the ability to work as a member of a team, both with business clients and within the Legal organization. § Membership in at least one state bar, with the ability to become a member of the Ohio bar.
