Your Team

This role reports to P&G’s ANZ Finance Leader, working closely with the Finance & Accounting team, as well as supporting employees from multidisciplinary functions.

What Success looks like


·  Support business champions in business process changes and, where needed, drive them to requirements for application changes to ensure successful delivery of the business' critical metrics
·  Drives Cash as top priority. Understands the importance of cash productivity for P&G and the Distributors/Customers. Addresses pay-score gaps. Develops a plan to consistently optimize DSO's / accounts receivable.
·  Long term business planning and portfolio strategy design to drive business sustainable profitable growth.
·  Competitor intelligence.

Responsibilities of the Role:

As a Finance Analyst, you will be one of our key drivers behind our continued success, growth and value creation. You are a strategic partner to the business to drive savings projects, budget planning, financial analysis and internal control management. You will:

·  Perform financial analysis for pricing & promotion to maximize revenue and profit.
·  Drive effective business planning with customer teams and utilize cost productivity.
·  Lead strategy development with Global business unit and market strategy and planning partners when doing long range planning.
·  Lead financial assessment & business model development for new initiatives to ensure successful launch.
·  Lead budget management and internal control.
Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you will have already graduated (Undergraduate or Master’s degree).

·  Majors or concentrations include Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, or Taxation.
·  Holding either a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is preferred.
·  You will have a minimum 2 years of full time work experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
