Asia Chemicals is an exciting and interesting business unit who is looking for an Export Order Management Analyst! You will play a meaningful and critical role in delivering order to cash (OTC) to trade customers and P&G Plants. Using work processes, systems & technology, you become a skilled, strategic problem solver who makes decisions, resolve exception, and continuously improves processes based on new learning to enable more efficient operations. You will get to liaise as the critical issue/exception link for related organizations within P&G, customers and 3rd party logistics companies to resolve any order to cash (OTC) issues. This role scope manages mainly China shipments, and the work requires this person to have a basic proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with customers and vendors based in China in Mandarin.

Your team

You will be working with a team in P&G Asia Chemicals business unit reporting to a Team Manager and will be collaborating with the multifunctional teams like Finance, Sales, and Product Supply teams. You will be liaising primarily with the China market and Chinese customers and vendors.

·  Responds to customers’ requests and enquiries in a timely manner

Responsibilities of the role

·  Delivers Best-in-class critical metrics including Service, delivery on time
·  Responds to customers’ requests & inquiries in a timely manner
·  Collaborates sales, freight forwarders, plants and physical distribution teams to ensure orders are processed and dropped timely & accurately
·  Leads Root Cause Analysis on order & cash related incidents including complaints, overdues, claims, deductions
·  Analyses customer order data to recommend differentiated solutions/service opportunities that contributes to organization’s value creation/ goals
·  Improve existing processes/operations
·  Participates in credit control communication
Qualifications

·  Have strong academic credentials
·  Able to work independently
·  Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
·  Have an entrepreneurial & customer oriented mindset
·  Digital & data analysis skills is a plus
·  Basic proficiency in Mandarin
