Global Mobility Administrator (3-6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

We are hiring a Global Mobility Administrator who will provide professional and proactive operational support for the Global Mobility Team. You will be part of the team that ensures that relocation and immigration aspects meet internal policy/compliance requirements and that colleagues are well prepared for their move. You will be passionate about creating exceptional mobility experiences for colleagues and thrive in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
·  Coordinate Services: As part of the Global Mobility team, you’ll work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth services for assignees. This includes handling immigration paperwork, addressing tax-related matters, and coordinating relocation logistics. Clear communication and collaboration are key.
·  Travel Coordination: Your role involves partnering with the Travel Department. You’ll arrange travel for assignees, booking flights, securing accommodation, and managing any travel-related queries. Attention to detail and efficient planning are essential.
·  Policy Support: When P&C colleagues have questions, you’ll step in. Provide clarity on global mobility policies, interpreting guidelines, and helping colleagues understand how they apply in specific situations. Your expertise ensures policy compliance.
·  Logistical Assistance: Supporting the Early Careers project means handling practical aspects of relocation. From housing to transportation, you’ll assist assignees in settling into their new locations. Quick problem-solving and a service-oriented mindset are valuable.
·  Financial Aspects: Requesting cost elements (like housing or shipping costs) is crucial. You’ll create accurate cost projections for assignees’ relocations. Additionally, maintaining up-to-date records ensures accurate tracking of changes.
What You’ll Bring

·  You will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field, along with 1 to 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
·  You will have excellent interpersonal, organisational and people skills.
·  You will be good general IT awareness and have strong capability using MS office suite.
·  Your will have a flexible approach, adapting to the role and be willing to learn on the job.
·  You will have a strong client service and deliver ethos and be able to work with confidential information with care and discretion.
