Sign-on Bonus Program for Retail Assistants - Freehold
All full-time and part-time Retail Assistants will receive $250 paid out in their pay check after successful completion of their 90 day introduction period.
All full-time and part-time Primark colleagues who apply for employment and are hired at the Primark Freehold store between July 24 th , 2020 and August 31 st , 2020 will be eligible. Current Primark colleagues who transferred or were promoted from another Primark store are not eligible.
Freehold, NJ hourly Retail Assistant positions are eligible for this program.
Payment of Sign-on Bonuses
The colleague must complete the minimum 90 days of their assignment to be eligible for the bonus.
The employee must be in good attendance, performance and conduct standing as stated in the Employee handbook.
Sign-on bonuses will be treated as one-time cash payments and are subject to all federal, state and local withholding taxes.
All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
In all cases, People and Culture will be the final authority in determining whether or not an employee will qualify for a sign-on bonus and the handling of any disputes related to the program.
