Job Description

·  Executing management of merchandising projects (both sales and marketing related) and merchandising budget for snacks and beverage categories
·  Responsible for merchandising role for merchandising tools in trade marketing and working closely with sales and marketing teams for snacks and beverage categories
·  Project management and coordination with both internal and external sources (purchasing and 3rd party suppliers)
·  Responsible for merchandising and visibility projects like PO1 displays, snacks and beverage displays as a G2M tool
·  Acting as a communication hub between marketing and sales to ensure the timely execution of projects.
·  Creating additional interaction points to increase in-store visibility
·  Conducting tests for new innovative execution tools and make the necessary improvements in collaboration with suppliers and field teams
·  Searching for new ideas periodically depending on sales team needs, field opportunities and global trends.
·  Periodically analyzing merchandising portfolio in order to supply sales team with tools to achieve sales & distribution targets
·  Controlling and following up S&D rack budgets and A&M budget for snacks and ensure to finalize AOP calendar within budget

Qualifications/Requirements

·  University graduate (related Business/Engineering degree) / MBA is a plus
·  Minimum 4 years professional experience in FMCG
·  Fluent in English
·  Good knowledge of MS Office programs
·  Analytical & Innovative way of thinking
·  Effective written and verbal communication skills
·  Good Negotiation skills
