Job Description

Main purpose of the role:
Support Market Logistics Category Procurement Manager in the execution of long and short term category sourcing strategy to deliver business performance and sustainable Year on Year productivity for Logistics (Transportation) Services in Poland

Accountabilities:

·  Support development and implementation of Procurement strategies for Logistics Services (predominantly transportation services) in Poland to drive sustainable Year on Year productivity agenda;
·  Support delivery of productivity targets for Logistics category in Poland by leading/supporting sourcing projects/initiatives;
·  Support development of category expertise and market intelligence for transportation services in Poland;
·  Work closely with Poland Logistics function to ensure smooth transition during supplier implementation and contract execution, including KPIs development and monitoring;
·  Support Market Logistics Category Procurement Manager in the development of local suppliers in terms of service, quality and productivity;
·  Ensure compliance to all PepsiCo guidelines including full contractual compliance;
·  Support tracking and reporting productivity value delivered from Logistics procurement led or supported initiatives in full alignment with stakeholders and finance;

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Skills/Experience:

·  Logistics (Transportation) background is essential. Food and Beverage logistics experience preferred;
·  Experience in Logistics Purchasing would be a an advantage;
·  Some knowledge of transportation/logistics market in Poland;
·  Strong analytical skills (impeccable attention to detail), comprehensive understanding of MS Excel. Experience with e-sourcing solution is a plus;
·  Good communication and negotiating skills;
·  Team player with ability to lead small / medium size sourcing projects;
·  Ability to interact with key stakeholders and build trust at all levels of the organization;
·  Customer satisfaction and result oriented mentality;
·  Languages: Polish + fluency in written and spoken English;
