Now hiring a FP&A Analyst – Capital to join our team in Cork on a permanent basis. This role would be based in our Eastgate office in Little Island.

We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. Role Summary
This role will lead the Ireland Capital agenda working closely with the Engineering team in PGCS.

Primary Accountabilities

·  Crossfunctional collaboration and business partnering with Engineering to review and align on Capital business cases and related documentation
·  Manage aCapital reporting for Global Capital and specifically for Ireland ensuring all numbers are accurate, right first time and provide value add insights into variances to plan/forecast
·  Collate Risks and Opportunities to Forecast/Plan to ensure insight and foresight is available to Senior stakeholders.
·  Generate monthly Enterprise level KPIs and Capital spend and commentary for QBRs
·  Lead and Co-ordinate Cross Functional capital reviews, work with stakeholders to ensure documents are appropriately approved in Trackwise and sufficient time is given to attendees to review in advance.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Ideally a professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) accountant with experience in a high-volume multinational manufacturing environment.
·  Excellent understanding of Capital and Fixed Assets preferable.
·  Committed to quality with the drive and determination to fulfil objectives within deadlines. Initiative and a high degree of self-motivation are essential.
·  Ability to identify issues on a timely basis, identify an action plan to resolve issues, and influence others to implement the action plan. An appetite for continuous improvement and adding value to the business.
·  Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver on key priorities.
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to and influence co-workers (both financial and non-financial) across various departments and all levels of the organization.
·  Excellent Excel skills a necessity. Systems literate with SAP Fixed Assets a distinct advantage.
