Job Description

·  Supports the Beverages Digital Marketing Manager in developing digital marketing strategy localization for Romania Beverages, considering must win battles and key initiatives for long term success, working closely with the Marketing team.
·  Offers support in daily tasks needed to achieve business objectives – such as managing Test&Learn budget, legal procedures and other department lead initiatives etc.;
·  Monitors all the consumers’ comments and direct messages on our brands’ Social Media channels; if necessary – responds to comments and consumers queries in a timely manner after gathering the input of Brand teams;
·  Identify resources, competitive environment, possible partners and opportunity areas;
·  Regularly collects data & information for reporting, and directly provides the brand teams with reports (i.e. social listening reports etc.);
·  Is actively involved in media data and content analysis, while making sure all pieces of content that hit our channels follow the content guidelines;
·  Maintains a close relationship with the digital agencies involved, ensuring correct and on time implementation;
·  Ensures close collaboration & communication with peers from Brand teams;
·  Prepares weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports to direct manager;
·  Actively participates in briefing, debriefing & brainstorming sessions;
·  Provides feedback on agency proposals after gathering the input of the Digital Marketing Manager and Brand teams;
·  Sustains and supports the local and regional digital agenda, while helping the Digital Marketing Manager increase local and regional digital team’s visibility;
·  Supports the Digital Capability agenda during the ongoing day by day work with the teams to help up skill future marketing capability

Qualifications/Requirements

·  2-3 years of experience in related area (digital marketing, brand management, commercial etc.)
·  Digitally deeply rooted
·  Drive to learn fast and work independently
·  Attentive to details and self-organized
·  Good strategic thinker, with business acumen
·  Proactive, problem solving and helpful attitude
·  Fluent in English
