Job Description

As Business Partner you will supports Europe Beverages Category Finance with driving performance and strategic agenda, with partnering Marketing, Commercialisation and Insights in long-term strategy deployment, competitor analysis, Innovation, as well as delivering fact-based insights and analysis on adhoc basis to support both ST and LT decision making.

Main accountabilities:
·  Provide Category Performance visibility and analysis, including KPI’s (Segment/Brand/Country)
·  Vol / NR / A&M / Brand Contribution
·  Market Share
·  Geography / Platform / Portfolio Analysis
·  Provide strategic projects analysis to drive/unlock growth (eg: Rockstar, Lavazza, Sustainability, etc)
·  Support alignment of plans with Supply Chain Strategy, including sourcing/capital requirements, influencing commercial decision making and ensuring strategic fit to LT growth agenda
·  Support Inovation analysis on an ad-hoc basis
·  Lead analysis on the performance of big bet innovations to anticipate and course correct performance
·  Deliver Fact-based insights and analysis on key competitors (war-gaming, adhoc strategy, innovation, etc)
·  Support Business Partner on Annual Operaton Plan (AOP) Reviews – Strategic Fit

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Minimum 5 years of working experience within finance planning in a dynamic workplace
·  Strong understanding of business processes related to financial planning, control and auditing
·  University degree with strong knowledge in accounting & finance
·  High analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills
·  Excellent communication and people skills – ease at broadening network and building trusted relationships in order to facilitate collaboration and advance key initiatives
·  Fluent in written and spoken English
